Ever question if there's more to life? Alpha is a series of group conversations that explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly environment. It’s a place to connect with people, where you can say anything you like or nothing at all. Everyone’s welcome. You’re invited, no matter your background or beliefs.
Bring Your Own Questions
Alpha is a place to connect with other people who are open to exploring life, faith, and meaning. Each session includes a time to connect with others (often over a free meal), hear a short talk on an element of the Christian faith, and then a chance for each person to share their own questions with the group. We’d love to hear your perspective! Join us Tuesday nights starting March 26 2024 from 6:00-8:00pm.
Food Team
Every week there's food. That's part of Alpha. There's something about sitting around a table and eating that relaxes people and gets them to start talking. We need people to help provide food for every Tuesday night. You can cook something, have it delivered, work with a team, whatever works for you.
Prayer Team
Prayer before, during, and after the event is vital. We need people to start praying before the course starts for those coming. We need people who are willing to pray during the actual course on Tuesday nights (either at the church together or from where ever you may be). And we need people to pray for those who attended after the event.
Table Leader Team
We need people who can come and sit with others and simply ask questions. The questions are even provided for you. You don't have to reteach the lesson. Just ask questions and listen. And if things start going a little crazy, help redirect them back onto the topic. This would be Tuesday nights from 6:00-9:00pm. If you can't make every night, we understand. But we'd love for people to be there for most of them to build relationships with those attending.

This year we want to do the Alpha Course for adults and reach out to the community around us. But we need some help doing that. Here's where you could help us provide a place a for people to come, ask questions about life and faith, find community, and hopefully find a relationship with God.
